Mina Gligoric was born in Belgrade, Serbia, in 1989. She has published poems in the "Literary Periodical" and in the "Periodical of Poetry", the "Literary Journal" and "Krovovi" ("The Roofs") and her first book of poetry "Adam’s Apple” was the winner of the eldest child competition of the "Prvenac" Publishers, 2012. Her poems have been translated into Spanish. She has participated in several international poetry festivals: the 48th International Writers' Meeting in Belgrade in 2011, the International Poetry Encounter CDMX, in Mexico in 2014, in Spain at the International Poetry Festival City of Granada in 2015, and in "Las lineas de su mano 9" of Bogota, Colombia 2016. In the Department of Literature and Serbian language, she works at preserving the Serbian language from oblivion. She writes poetry, lyric prose and short stories, as well as lyrics for vocal and instrumental music that she sings and composes. She is not afraid of the future.
