Alejandra Lerma. Cali, Colombia, 1991. She studied Social Communication and Journalism at the University of Valle. Her poems have been published in the books The Language of My Soul (2008) and Darkness in a High Light (2015). She has participated in collective works such as the Poetry Anthology of Urban Loves (2011) and Four Leaf Clover (2014). Her book Precisions Regarding Uncertainty (2016) is currently in production. She has been a winner in the Third State Poetry Contest, (Jamundí 2008); The Embalaje Edition  of the Rayo Museum XVIII Poetry Contest (Roldanillo, 2008); Cali Community Library Network Poetry Contest, 2009, II City of Palmira Poetry Contest (2014) and the Tomás Vargas Osorio Poetry Contest (2016). She was the winner of the stimulus scholarship for the publication of Cali authors in 2015 from the Cultural Fund and the Culture Secretary of Cali, obtaining this same scholarship in 2016 in the category of digital publication for her book of poetry The Eye of Hurricane. Her book Precisions Regarding Uncertainty, is in the process of being published.

Some of her poems have been published in the poetry magazines: Barbarie Ilustrada, the blog of Emma Gunst, Otro Paramo, Círculo de Poesía, Luna Nueva and Literariedad.
